These papers, as a complete work, provide the doctrinal basis for Logopraxis. The awakening from death into the World of Spirits, as described in Heaven and Hell (491-520), can provide insights into our own awakening to spiritual life (the life of our mind) through the practice of the Word. With that end in mind, the structures and methodology of Logopraxis have been intentionally modelled on this section of Heaven and Hell, aiming to support practitioners in their work with the Word as the basis for their individual and collective spiritual life.

The third and final state of awakening to spiritual life is "the state of preparation" or "instruction of those who come into heaven". This paper therefore explores how an awakening spirit is instructed and brought into their unique use so that it might serve the common good, which is the Lord's love for the salvation of all. It also looks at how the practise of the Word as the Lord and the development of spiritual literacy skills are essential to this instruction and of what this means for the growth of a spiritual community.
