Ah! -A great opportunity to watch the war between 4 factions: sense impressions (hearing); historical faith from another (“David must be right I must be wrong”); arrogance and vanity (“I caught up David!”) and the truth as I understand it….Oh, yes, and throw in a backwards Freudian slip—hearing according to predisposed anxiety about getting things “wrong”.
It’s a long road back to yay yay and nay nay! Is it yet another illustration of the Joseph story?
I’m confused by what I think I hear at 2:40. “If it is opposed (?) to those things offered by the Word then that form is heavenly”?
