Yes it is very loud but the Lord turns this into a use. So reflections on this just now. There is a contact push from the natural – self improvement mode – to want to “see’ an improvement and progress in our spiritual life. Essentially to want to ‘see’ good. But we cant see good. We can only see truth. Truth is beautiful so it allows us to feel it’s good- as in the affection for it. But really the purpose of truth is to show up its opposite.
