A comment on the observation that the pattern involved in the regeneration of the human mind as illustrated in the Word can be seen across different scales of human life and activity
Seeking to make the Lord God Jesus Christ visible in our midst… "Where two or three are gathered together in My name there am I in the midst of them." (Matt. 18:20)
Since starting logopraxis, I can definitely tell a difference as I read through the passages, that i am better able to associate/connect the literal/external with the interior. But I do catch myself approaching the Word intellectually out of habit. The traditional Bible Studies of which I have participated in the past approach the Word from this perspective, and it’s a hard habit to break and replace with a new pattern that is actually regenerative.
Hi Sharon, the struggle to shift perspective is the means by which changes in spiritual associations are made. I was reading something from the Spiritual Diary last night in which Swbg spoke of moving to another room and sensing a kind of emptiness as the spirits that were with him remained in the room he moved from (this was an appearance of course) but the appearance arose due to those spirits being tied to the mental objects associated with the physical objects in the room (in this case books).
