A helpful idea, I often feel that I should have more affection/feelings for the truth, so it is useful to know that the delight we feel may come later, it is doing the work that is forming our affection.

This is a vital distinction to make, and applicable for many aspects of the regenerative process: If we identify the affection for truth only as some kind of emotional delight. and worse yet, wait for that signal, we will be limited most of the time we are in the natural world.
